Returns / Exchanges Policy
NO HASSLE STORE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CREDITS POLICY
We want to make online shopping for fashion as easy and stress-free as it can possibly be.
A refund will be given for change of mind or incorrect sizing, provided merchandise is sent back to us in a saleable condition.
BeachKaftansandResortFashion reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
If you wish to return an item(s) you must notify us by email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will gladly off you a refund, exchange or store credit note. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return address.
Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We will reimburse shipping if there is a fault identified with the garment within 14 days of receipt of order, and photo evidence is sent to us when refund is requested. We will reimburse shipping cost only if fault is identified.
Merchandise in a saleable condition may be returned for a credit note/exchange. The credit notes are valid to use online for up to 1 year.
We cannot guarantee there will be same style/print/sizing available for exchange.
To organise an exchange please wait to receive your credit note to repurchase your new size.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on goods within 30 days of receiving the product in Australia and Internationally.
Items bought on sale cannot be returned, unless there are exceptional circumstances communicated to store admin.
