Q Do you ship worldwide?

A Yes absolutely. Even though we are based in Australia. We are delighted to be able to ship overseas and around the world. Please refer to our shipping policy for further details. 

Q How long will it take before my gorgeous purchase arrives?

Please allow a normal transit time of 1-7 business days. Our preferred Postage Provider is Sendle, but also use Austraila Post.

Sendle does not ship to PO Boxes and in these cases we use Australia Post.

Shipping times may arrive in less time than stated here.

The Covid Pandemic is having an effect on shipping times. Unfortunately we have no control over this.

Q What are the shipping costs?

A We offer free shipping within Australia.

We offer a flat rate of $25 for international shipping.

Q What is your refund policy?

We want you to be ecstatic with your gorgeous purchase and to be thrilled with your shopping experience. 

So in the unlikely event that an item has arrived in an imperfect state we offer a no quibble refund or exchange policy once. Please refer to our Refunds Policy. 

Q The item I purchased wasn't exactly as it appeared on the website when it arrived. Why?

A There may be some pattern or colour discrepancies to what is shown on the product image on this website. We have sourced pieces that are not mass produced and that is what makes your purchase so special. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
